Black. And still black. Three times black. It is a very dark dream that of Italian Dream Motorcycle, but beautiful. Seductive in form and design. Promising. The Triple 0.0 675 is one of the very limited series motorcycles - no more than five units - that Sergio Giordano has designed and accomplished on the wave of his Triumph Street Triple solo. Pursuing the charm of the three English cylinders and, in particular, of the lesson of Carlo Talamo, who was a master of style and motion of many aesthetes and infatuated with the motion outside the ordinance.

It looks like it's been ridden straight out of a sci-fi movie. This stealth black stripped back cafe racer though is very much the real thing.
The Tripla 0.0 675 cc was built by the bike fanatics at Italian Dream Motorcycle as a strictly limited- edition model.
From front to rear this is a cafe racer that speaks of minimalism and craftsmanship. The bike floats over the solid black rear wheel - itself a piece of Italian craftsmanship - courtesy a mono shock conversion of the suspension.

Most of the things we recommend buying are things we know we can actually buy. This item doesn't fall into that category, unless you happen to be among a very lucky few. Meet the Tripla 0.0, a custom speed motorcycle by IDM, which is an acronym for the aptly titled brand Italian Dream Motorcycle. At least they don't false-advertise. So disclaimer: Coming in at € 35.000,00, this is a "get" most likely reserved for fantasy.
the tripla project is inspired to an icon of the 2 wheels world, the speed triple
at the same time, it is dedicated to Carlo Talamo, is creators.
Carlo went for a long shot, with the triple story:
he started participating to the trident 900 project, the mother of all triples,
then he contributed effectively to the creation of the speed triple itself, coming
up with its name first, then following and leading all the changes and progress
of the specie. what was very enlightening for us, was the definition that Talamo himself
gave of this extraordinary motorbike, it was ’94, the speed triple was introduced at that time
on the market in its first version, the one with a single round headlight.It was a that time that Talamo forte, in the first of many advertisement pages dedicated to this model:
-“it’s the first cafe racer of modern times”. Not to forget that the speed triple was born as the
direct answer to the archetype of the “naked” motorbikes, the wonderful and innovative
Ducati Monster, presented at the Colone salon in 1992.

At first look, this special could look like just the usual beautiful special to you, an easy transformation, maybe a little bit obvious, based on the speed triple: It would be better look further and realise with joy and amazement that you were wrong: you will find out that our special is a street triple based model. It could liook like her big sister speed, but it is a completely different motorbike when we talk about cycling, for the driving position, the reduced dimensions of the tank and the different seat seat plan. The sensations that this bike can deliver are different too: when you open the gas it will feel like dominating a mechanic bull from the horns, both from the driving position and the wildness of what you have in between your knees
That is because or goal is to build motorbikes that are not only beautiful and exclusives, but also and above all that can be pushed at their maximum potential, improving at best their components. Thanks to the collaboration of highly specialised workshop and with years of experience in the super bike and moto gp world, our motorbikes are not only stunning to look at, but proper mechanical jewels too,
for realisation and performance its with this know-how, with this philosophy that we realised our Tripla 0.0
We started from a street triple, then we substituted the rear suspension with the speed triple single lever suspension. This required a big develop and research work: two plates macined from solid to cnc machine make the single lever finding its natural place and, apart from giving to the bike an important aesthetic impetus, it makes it more stable and precise on trajectories. on the other hand , we are talking about a rear mono suspension studied to handle 130HP of the 1050. All of this being within the measures of the original documents and therefore respecting the homologation parameters Hen we thought about making our bike more aggressive and racing, and more performant as well. So we substituted the chain transmission with a belt, the pulleys have been designed with a dedicated software, and they have been made from solid. On them, a racing belt finds its perfect location and, Oltre to improve safety and precision of the bike, it gives a bigger fluidity on power derogation, without counteracting on its brutal reactivity
The aligned three cylinders finds its way out in a special exhaust with a three-mouth flange.
This is as well is an exclusive piece, designed and built on purpose for the tripla 0.0
the tail, the seat, the carriers are entirely handcrafted built in aluminium, as the special eyebrow which hides and take care the two characteristic big eyes of this lucky serie of motorbikes, a distinctive sign which could not get lost.
